These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nearvo (the "App"), operated by Baker Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nearvo. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the App.
Nearvo provides relationship-skills content, prompts, and a coaching feature grounded in relationship research. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical or mental-health care, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you or your partner are experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country rather than relying on the App.
Nearvo is designed to be used by two partners who pair their accounts together. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Content you and your partner exchange within your paired account is private to the two of you.
Nearvo offers a subscription that covers one couple (both paired accounts). Pricing, billing period, and any free trial are shown in the App and in the App Store / Google Play listing before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, and are billed and managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
You agree not to: use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person (including your partner); attempt to access another user's account or data; reverse-engineer or interfere with the App's operation; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of what you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us the license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and your paired partner, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the App before they take effect.
Nearvo is operated by Baker Ventures LLC, a company registered in the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you agree to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country or state you live in.
