From the app, open Profile → Pair with partner and either share your QR code / invite link, or enter the code your partner sends you. Invite codes expire after 7 days.
Open Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and data — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings or the Google Play app under Subscriptions.
Only your paired partner can see the data you choose to share within the app. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of what we collect and who we share it with.
From the app, which is the fastest route. Open You → Delete account. It takes effect immediately: your account and everything attached to it is removed from our live systems permanently. It is not frozen or deactivated, and there is no restore.
Without the app. If you have uninstalled it, lost access to your device, or simply prefer not to reinstall, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will verify it is you, do it within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
What is deleted: your profile, your answers, your notes, photos, voice recordings, mood check-ins, appreciations, bucket list, quiz results and progress, your coaching conversations, and your device push tokens.
What is not: your partner's own words, which are their personal data and stay with them; records of a purchase, which tax law requires us to keep; and aggregate counts that contain nothing about any individual. Backups are destroyed on a rolling schedule and are never kept longer than 30 days. The Privacy Policy sets all of this out in full.
You can also export everything first — You → Safety & privacy → Export my data gives you a machine-readable copy. Do that before deleting, because deletion cannot be undone.
